All for one and one for all

 

A few of us from both our Charlotte and Portland offices spent a couple of days with one of our VIP clients at the company’s semi-annual marketing summit. What a fantastic gathering. Brand marketing and sales representatives and their respective agencies all listening, learning and generating ideas in a single venue. Collaboration at its finest.

Yes, collaboration.  

Collaboration among ‘competitive’ agencies, partner agencies and clients. Fantastic! It might seem as though there could be some hesitation among the range of creative services providers  present when it came to sharing ‘trade secrets’ with each other, but in reality, we are all so much better by working together and hearing about the successful (and not so successful) programs and approaches implemented over the course of the previous year. That common insight will only make ALL of our work better, no matter what our focus or specialty. After all, marketing partner or client brand, we all have one common goal and that is to help create success for the brand. And what better way to do that than to combine the mind power that exists across the brand business units and their respective agencies. Agency or brand, we all benefit. Brilliant.
